Privacy.
This site does not track you: no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. If we count visits, we do so without cookies and without storing your IP address.
What we collect
On this site, only what you send through the contact form: name, email, company, phone, industry, current site and your message. To prevent abuse we keep your IP address for 30 days.
How we use it
To answer your question or prepare a proposal (steps before an agreement) and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We do not share or sell it and send you no marketing unless you ask for it.
Clients: portal and dashboard
For clients we store what is needed to deliver their site and services: contact details, invoices, appointments, inquiries and blog posts. Invoices are kept for 7 years (legal requirement). We use these processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Mollie (payments), Twilio (SMS), Cloudflare (DNS) and Storecove (e-invoices).
Google user data
When a client connects a Google account, we only use what the feature they switch on needs. Google Calendar: we read when the chosen calendars are busy, so those times cannot be booked online, and we add appointments booked with us to those calendars. Search Console and Business Profile: we show search statistics and reviews for the client's own sites. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We never share Google user data, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models. Clients can disconnect at any time in the dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it lives
We keep enquiries for at most 2 years and the IP address for 30 days. Client data stays in our database while you are a client and afterwards as long as the law requires (invoices 7 years). You can always ask us to delete it sooner.
Hosting
The site and portal run on Vercel. Vercel may briefly log request metadata (like IP addresses) for security. We do not access those logs.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of any data we hold. Email us to make a request. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
